As a result, we’re among the best companies to work for, with a plethora of benefits and an amazing culture.OverviewWe’re looking for a Senior Copywriter with an AI edge — a writer, ideator, and strategist who understands both the tradition of copywriting and its future. You’ll shape the verbal identities of our early-stage ventures, helping them find their voice in a noisy world. This is not a client-servicing role — it’s a co-creation seat at the table. You’ll work closely with founders, PMMs, strategists, and designers, supported by AI tools that free you to focus on ideas, emotion, and resonance.What You’ll DoLead the development of brand tone and voice across multiple ventures.Craft compelling copy for websites, landing pages, pitch decks, product UIs, ads, and social campaigns.Co-create with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.), refining and elevating outputs.Collaborate with Brand and Narrative teams to build scalable storytelling systems.Develop creative concepts, campaign lines, and naming systems.Test and iterate messaging frameworks based on data and insights.Mentor junior writers, guide freelancers, and train AI models on brand tone.Stay ahead of emerging AI-driven storytelling trends.What We’re Looking For10+ years of experience in top creative agencies and/or startups.A portfolio demonstrating range across brand books, campaigns, taglines, UX/UI, and long-form copy.Strategic thinker — equally strong at building platforms and crafting CTAs.Experience working in or with fast-paced, venture-backed teams.Fluency with AI copy tools, workflows, and limitations — with a passion for experimentation.Ability to move fast without losing nuance, voice, or taste.Confidence in presenting and defending work to stakeholders.Deep love for language, culture, and the power of words.
