QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum 7–10 years of experience in corporate and legal affairs, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or regulated industries.Strong understanding of Turkish commercial, corporate, and regulatory law.Proven experience in stakeholder management, public affairs, and government relations.Excellent communication and advocacy skills in both Turkish and English.Ability to manage external legal counsel and work cross-functionally with commercial and regulatory teams.Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to compliance and detail.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement corporate and legal affairs strategies in Türkiye.Lead stakeholder engagement and represent the company in industry associations and relevant forums.Oversee contract review, company filings, board resolutions, and corporate governance processes.Manage relationships with external law firms and ensure timely, compliant legal support.Ensure compliance with all corporate, regulatory, and industrial zone requirements.Coordinate communication with the Authority and manage related reporting, permits, and licenses.Support the business on public policy issues such as excise, regulation, and product registration.Provide legal guidance on customer complaints, campaigns, and other business activities.
