Senior Corporate Performance Management & Reporting Specialist

The Senior Corporate Performance Management & Reporting Specialist is responsible for leading the design, execution, and continuous enhancement of corporate performance reporting. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all performance-related reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. A critical aspectincludes leading the end-to-end coordination and development of the Bank’s Integrated Annual Report (IAR) and Sustainability Review Report in alignment with legislative, regulatory, and audit requirements. The incumbent oversees strategic performance monitoring, scenario tracking, B-BBEE reporting, and the reporting of key strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with the Bank’s strategic objectives and performance targets. The role also focuses on strengthening internal reporting capabilities and frameworks, embedding best practices and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
