The Senior Sales Manager (Corporate Segment) drives sales strategies, leads the sales team, and ensures revenue and quality goals are met for the hotel. Reports to the Cluster Director of Sales, working closely with the Sales and Marketing team.Requirement:3+ years in hospitality industry, including 2 years as Corporate Sales Manager or equivalentBachelor’s degree in hotel/restaurant management, hospitality, business, marketing, or equivalent.Fluent in English (written/verbal); additional languages a plus.Responsibility:Responsible for cluster sellingDevelop and update weekly/monthly sales strategy with senior management.Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to create strategic sales and rate plans.Analyze client base and target markets to drive hotel bookings.Monitor leads, maintain client relationships, and expand client base.Oversee distribution of marketing materials and resolve sales-related issues.Perform administrative tasks: reports, proposals, contracts, and sales target monitoring.Conduct field calls, telemarketing, and sales blitz; attend trade shows.Stay updated on market conditions and competitors.Maintain key account relationships and promote repeat business.Train and coach sales team to improve productivity and efficiency.✨ Join Wink – where modern design meets authentic local energy.#WinkHotels #SalesManager #HospitalityCareers #JoinTheMovement
