Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Counsellor located in Sylhet. The Senior Counsellor will provide one-on-one academic and career guidance to prospective students, assisting them in navigating the study abroad process. Responsibilities include evaluating academic qualifications, supporting application submissions, coordinating with partner universities, and guiding students through interviews and visa application processes. The Senior Counsellor will also contribute to maintaining strong relationships with university partners and staying updated on academic programs and global education trends. Qualifications Strong counseling, academic advising, and career guidance skillsAbility to evaluate applications and assist with college admissions and visa processesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsOrganizational, time management, and multitasking abilitiesPrior knowledge or experience in international education is highly advantageousProficiency in using digital tools, including the ability to navigate and utilize online application platformsEfficient problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challengesBachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is required
