Our works span a variety of industries, delivering custom solutions to meet our clients' specific needs.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer who can take projects from brief to delivery with minimal supervision, elevate concepts, and maintain impeccable quality standards across print, digital, and motion. You’ll mentor junior designers, collaborate with account stakeholders, and support multiple brands within our group (The Design Atelier, Zeppelin Advertising Services, ZEPP Records, Sky Gallery & HANA) as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesConcept & CraftTranslate briefs into original, on-brand concepts for campaigns, social, print, packaging, and digital.Develop brand identities, guidelines, and toolkits; ensure consistency across touchpoints.Create high-quality artwork, key visuals, layouts, and motion assets (if skilled).Project OwnershipOwn end-to-end delivery on assigned accounts—scoping, timelines, milestones, and handovers.Present work internally/externally, rationalize design decisions, and incorporate feedback efficiently.Maintain file hygiene (layering, naming, versioning) and documentation for re-use.Production & PrepressPrepare print-ready files, dielines, spot colours, and finishes; coordinate with printers/vendors.Review proofs, manage quality control, and troubleshoot production issues.Cross-Brand SupportSupport Zeppelin corporate gifts with product mock-ups, catalog assets, and brand-on-branding.Contribute to ZEPP Records and HANA visuals when required (retail/social/promotions).Team & MentorshipGuide junior designers on craft, workflows, and standards; conduct design reviews/crit sessions.Collaborate with the Team Lead/Account stakeholders to plan workloads and meet deadlines.Process & ToolsUse project trackers (e.g., Trello/Sheets) and follow internal SOPs for briefs, reviews, and approvals.Proactively suggest workflow and quality improvements.What Success Looks Like (KPIs)On-time delivery: % of projects delivered on/before deadlineFirst-time quality: Reduced revision cycles / error-free artwork (print & digital)Concept acceptance: % of concepts approved by client on first/second roundBrand consistency: Adherence to brand guides across deliverablesMentorship impact: Positive feedback from juniors; documented guidance/resources sharedFile hygiene: Re-usable, properly structured source filesQualificationsSkills in Creative Design and BrandingProficiency in Video Editing and Graphic DesignExperience in Social Media ManagementExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fieldPrevious experience in a similar role or industry is an advantageSend in your CV, Portfolio & Expected Salary to jobs@zeppelin.lk
