RoleThe Senior Creative Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and impact of proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials within the bids & proposal management team. This position requires a blend of advanced design skills, creativity, and strategic thinking to deliver visually compelling and brand-consistent outputs that help win business.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Visual StorytellingCreate high-quality, visually engaging designs for proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses.Transform complex business content into clear, persuasive visual narratives.Brand Consistency Ensure all bid materials adhere to corporate brand guidelines while introducing innovative design elements.CollaborationWork closely with bid managers, solution architects, and sales teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored creative solutions.Template & Asset Development Develop and maintain design templates, graphics libraries, and visual standards for the bid team.Quality Assurance Review and refine design outputs for accuracy, clarity, and impact.Innovation Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative processes.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field. 5+ years of experience in creative design, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Firefly) and PowerPoint. Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.Preferred AttributesExperience in bids and proposals design and or marketing collateral for complex solutions. Knowledge of motion graphics or interactive design is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing corporate design work and creative problem-solving
