Senior Crisis Management Manager

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide strategies to strengthen the Group's crisis management and operational resilience capabilities across Malaysia and the Group’s regional markets.This role plays a critical part in safeguarding RHB Group’s ability to withstand and recover from major disruptions—ranging from cyber incidents and third-party failures to geopolitical risks. You will work closely with business and technology leaders, first and second lines of defense, and external regulators to ensure the Group maintains the highest standards of resilience and readiness.
