Job Title: Senior Customer Care Executive — Healthcare AdministrationLocation : Dehiwela ( Onsite )Openings: 15Salary Range: LKR 150,000 – 250,000 (Gross)Work Hours: UK Shift (Onsite)Back home : Transport provided after workAbout the RoleOur client, a reputed UK-based healthcare services company operating a growing offshore BPO center in Sri Lanka, is seeking Senior Customer Care Executives with strong sales and communication skills to join their dynamic team.This role offers a great opportunity for individuals with prior BPO or healthcare sector experience who are confident, client-focused, and fluent in English.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound communications with UK-based healthcare clients and patients.Manage healthcare-related administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.Deliver exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to service standards.Support business development efforts through cross-selling and upselling healthcare services.Maintain detailed and accurate client records in line with compliance standards.Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or BPO (preferably in the healthcare domain).Strong sales background with proven ability to handle international clients.Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or UK-accent-friendly tone.Qualification in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent (Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s preferred).Must be willing to work onsite and flexible with UK business hours (UK shift schedule).Professional, confident, and able to manage client interactions with empathy and accuracy.
