We are now looking for a passionate, motivated individual to join our team and make pivotal impacts to OPPO’s European business via strategic group accounts and direct channels.Job Responsibilities-Lead and manage the full spectrum of consumer insights initiatives — from research design to execution and delivery of actionable reports with clear business implications.- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and motivations.-Translate insights into strategic recommendations that inform marketing, product, and business decisions.-Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure user insights are embedded into business strategies.-Maintain a deep understanding of target users through continuous engagement and long-term research programs.Job Requirements - 3-5 years of experience in the field of consumer insights, proficient in various user research methods, processes, and related qualitative or quantitative models.- Proficiency in Italian and English, Chinese is a plus.- Prior experience in the mobile phone industry is preferred, and combined experience in the marketing field is a plus.- Excellent communication, logical thinking, and empathy skills.We are reviewing applications on a rolling basis, so don’t hesitate—send in your application as soon as possible!
