About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our General Insurance team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service, enjoy problem-solving, and are eager to grow their careers in the insurance industry.You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and service requests related to general insurance products, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, or other channels in a professional and timely manner.Provide accurate information and assistance on general insurance products, policies, and claims.Manage policy servicing requests such as renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.Ensure compliance with company guidelines, regulatory requirements, and service standards.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.RequirementsDiploma or Degree holders (or equivalent).2–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, contact center, or sales support functions – preferably within the General Insurance industry.Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written) to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.Good multitasking and time management skills.BCP and PGI certification required (can be arranged after onboarding).Certifications in M8, M9, and HI will be an advantage.Why Join Us?Extensive training and support provided – no prior certification required.Career growth opportunities in a leading general insurer.Exposure to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Be part of a collaborative and customer-centric team.
