We share an energetic and open culture for capable people to discern, work, and ignite as a team.To learn more about SHEIN, follow us at shein.com, instagram.com/sheinofficial and youtube.com/shein.We are looking for a 'Senior Data Analyst' to join our team.What do we expect from a 'Senior Data Analyst'?Collect, clean, and integrate quality data from multiple sources (e.g., IQC, IPQC, FQC/OQC, customer returns, supplier performance).Maintain and optimize the quality database to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.Perform multi-dimensional quality data analysis (e.g., Pareto analysis, trend and root cause analysis) using Excel and other tools.Monitor key quality KPIs (e.g., product pass rate, rework rate, complaint rate, supplier first-pass rate), and generate regular analytical reports.Identify patterns and root causes of quality issues through data mining to support prevention and continuous improvement efforts.Design and build intuitive dashboards and reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to present quality performance to management.Present analytical results using charts, dashboards, and visualizations to support fast and informed decision-making.Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, R&D, and supplier teams to support and drive quality improvement initiatives.Assist in developing and improving the supplier quality rating system based on data analysis.What does a 'Data Analyst' have?Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis roles related to quality management, manufacturing, apparel industry, or a similar field.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, formulas).Strong analytical and logical thinking skills; able to extract insights and identify opportunities from complex data.Detail-oriented with high standards for data integrity and accuracy.Quick learner with strong business acumen, especially in quality processes within manufacturing or apparel.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; able to clearly convey findings and support cross-functional teamwork.Familiarity with basic statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis).Experience with data analysis tools or languages such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.What do we offer?Join a globally recognized and well-known company.Travel and meal allowances are provided.Monthly performance bonuses.Comprehensive private health insurance.Thrive in an innovative work environment.Embrace a dynamic and friendly atmosphere for growth.
