Our team is composed of over 100 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to write Yepoda’s story actively.We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing Data team at Yepoda. In this role, you’ll shape how we understand and engage with our customers, building the analytical foundation that powers personalized marketing, smarter decisions, and sustainable growth.Your TasksPartner with Influencer Marketing, Growth Marketing, and CRM teams to design, measure, and optimize personalized campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth. Develop and unify attribution models and advanced customer segmentation frameworks to better understand the customer journey and enable targeted marketing strategies. Contribute to the development and integration of Yepoda’s Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring seamless use of data across marketing tools and systems. Build automated reporting and insight-generation pipelines to accelerate data-driven decision making and reduce manual effort. Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign performance, customer lifetime value, churn, and retention to deliver actionable recommendations. Promote data literacy and governance within marketing teams, empowering stakeholders to confidently interpret and apply insights. Your Profile5+ years in data analytics, marketing analytics, or data science roles within e-commerce or retail. Knowledge and experience of modern marketing measurement: marketing mix modelling (MMM), marketing attribution & incrementality testing to determine channel efficiency. Knowledge and experience of customer segmentation using behavioral, demographic, and transactional data. Proficient in SQL, Looker Studio, and git. Expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B test analytics. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to bridge business and technical teams. Excellent English skills (written and spoken). Nice to haveExperience working with Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Segment, Rudderstack, or similar) and integrating them into marketing workflows. Hands-on experience building prediction models for customer lifetime value (LTV), churn, and retention to enhance personalization strategies.
