Senior Data Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable data solutions. This role will be responsible for architecting enterprise data platforms, leading technical teams, and driving data strategy across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect enterprise-scale data platforms and data lake solutions on AWSLead and mentor data engineering teams, providing technical guidance and best practicesDevelop comprehensive data models and establish data architecture standardsOversee the implementation of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutionsCollaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutionsDefine and enforce data governance, security, and quality standardsEvaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve data infrastructureCreate and maintain architectural documentation and design specificationsDrive technical decision-making for data-related projects and initiativesRequired Qualifications6+ years of experience in data engineering and data architecture rolesProven team leadership experience, including mentoring and managing technical teamsStrong expertise in AWS services including S3, Redshift, Glue, EMR, Lambda, and other data-related servicesHands-on experience designing and implementing data lake architectures following industry best practicesDeep understanding of data modeling concepts including dimensional modeling, normalization, and data warehouse design patternsExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience with modern data stack technologies and frameworksStrong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirementsPreferred QualificationsAWS Certified Solutions Architect or Data Analytics certificationExperience with real-time streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis)Knowledge of DataOps and CI/CD practices for data pipelinesFamiliarity with data visualization and BI toolsExperience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)Background in multiple cloud platformsBenefits:Provident FundPerformance based BonusesHealth InsurancePaid LeavesCertification ReimbursementGym Membership
