Senior Data Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong data expertise who can act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and Data & AI delivery teams.This role requires someone who not only understands business processes and KPIs, but can translate them into detailed functional and data-level specifications, supporting end-to-end delivery of analytical and reporting solutions.What You’ll DoAct as the strategic interface between business domains (Commercial, Finance, Pricing & Revenue Management) and Data & AI teamsElicit, structure, and document business requirements for reporting, analytics, and data science use casesTranslate business needs into detailed functional specifications and data mappingsIdentify and analyze source systems and define data ingestion and transformation logicDefine KPI logic, metric calculations, and semantic layer requirementsDesign dashboard wireframes and reporting structuresSupport BI and data science teams during developmentDrive data validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Ensure go-live readiness and business adoption of data productsProvide post-go-live stabilization and end-user support What You Bring5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data/analytics environmentsStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skillsExperience with source system analysis and data mappingSolid understanding of data ingestion and transformation conceptsWorking SQL knowledge or hands-on data exploration experienceExperience designing dashboard wireframes or BI reporting structuresStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsFluent English Nice to HaveExperience with BI tools (preferably Power BI)Data modeling experienceExperience supporting data science projects (feature definition, model validation)Knowledge of data governance principles, KPI standardization, and data lineageExperience with data platform migration or report reverse engineeringDomain knowledge in aviation, commercial analytics, customer engagement, or pricing & revenue management
