SummaryWe're looking for a highly motivated and data-driven SEM Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for paid search and a proven track record of creating, managing, and optimizing successful campaigns using AI and a data-driven approach. You'll be responsible for executing paid search strategy from end to end, leveraging your expertise to drive traffic, leads, and revenue for our clients. You will also be helping our engineering team to build an industry-leading platform for SEM management. We're particularly interested in candidates with experience using data to make SEM processes more efficient and those who have worked in an agency setting, managing ads for clients. While not required, an understanding of the multifamily real estate market is a plus. Experience managing additional ad platforms, such as Meta ads, would also be preferred.ResponsibilitiesWork with clients to develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across the Google Ad network.Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other platforms.Regularly optimize campaigns through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and budget allocation to improve ROI.Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.Stay up-to-date with the latest SEM trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices, with a focus on leveraging new technologies, including AI.Work directly with our internal product team to advise on and develop Hyly’s platform that helps our clients leverage AI to optimize and automate their ad strategies.Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to meet performance goals.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns (PPC) on Google Ads.Experience using AI tools to improve SEM processes (e.g., ad creation, bidding, optimization).Proven ability to drive traffic, leads, and sales through paid search.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.Google Ads certification is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in an agency setting is preferredExperience with other paid advertising platforms is a bonus (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc).Understanding of marketing within multifamily real estate is preferred
