We're seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our innovative team!Role Highlights:Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, dbt, Apache Airflow. Ingest, transform, and process large datasets efficiently.Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & CDP: Implement XDM-based schemas in AEP to enable audience segmentation and personalization; develop pipelines to integrate customer data from diverse sources.Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.Innovation & Optimization: Drive continuous improvement and explore technological advancements in data engineering to deliver best-in-class solutions.Key Responsibilities:Support sales and service teams with transactional reporting and data-driven recommendations.Assist ecommerce and product teams in developing datasets that enhance digital experiences.Lead analytics projects: gather requirements, define approaches, transform data, build statistical models, and create visualization dashboards.Merge and analyze complex online/offline datasets to understand customer journeys and behaviors.Design, develop, and maintain automated, scalable data pipelines for business needs.Provide ETL support and manage ongoing online error tracking for ecommerce flows.Optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.Collaborate with Data Governance and Cloud Engineering to ensure secure, high-quality data access.Maintain documentation, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure timely resolution.Perform ad-hoc data analyses to answer business questions and support projects.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data science.Mastery of SQL and experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and processing frameworks.Proficient in Python programming.Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).Familiarity with cloud environments/services (Azure Data Lake, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).Strong analytical skills; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).Deep understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and ETL best practices.Knowledge of data governance and security principles.Exceptional problem-solving skills and detail orientation.Experience with digital or ecommerce data is an asset.Experience working with enterprise-level IT teams.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
