Senior Data Engineer

Responsibilities:• Design and implement robust, scalable data pipelines to ensure data accessibility, quality, seamless flow, performance, and security. • Collaborate with junior and senior team members within a DevOps environment, playing a key role in developing comprehensive data solutions that address the unique requirements of various business units. • Work closely with the DevOps team and end users to gather and analyze data requirements aligned with business and project needs. • Design and develop end-to-end data pipelines for efficient extraction, transformation, loading, storage, and retrieval—ensuring seamless data flow, integrity, optimal performance, and security across on-premises infrastructure. • Lead initiatives to maintain data quality and accuracy through rigorous testing, validation, and optimization processes. • Stay abreast of industry trends and adopt emerging technologies to enhance and innovate the data infrastructure. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level data engineers, lead projects, and drive improvements that foster professional growth and contribute to the team’s overall success.Qualification and Experience:• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field. Master’s Degree preferred.• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles, demonstrating a proven track record in designing and implementing effective data solutions.
