As a Senior Data Engineer, this will be a pivotal role in designing and maintaining the data backbone that drives innovation and strategic decisions across the organisation. Work closely with the Head of Data, you will support with setting direction however also have technical responsibilities which will include but not limited to: Build & optimise scalable, high performance data pipelines and ETL processes Manage and enhance modern data warehouses to ensure performance, availability, and integrity. Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions to meet their needs. Document and share best practices across the team. What will you bring to be successful? Proven experience in Data Engineering Strong proficiency in Python/Docker Hands on experience with SQL optimisation and data modeling Proven experience of working with orchestration tools Experience with AWS Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Located in Amsterdam, this will be a hybrid opportunity with 2-3 days in the office weekly.
