Senior Data Scientist

We are more than 500 consultants with offices in Lisbon, Porto and Madrid.DECSKILL operates in 3 main areas:DECSKILL TALENT: Through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams;DECSKILL BOOST: Through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed;DECSKILL CONNECT: Through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.We are searching for a Senior Data Scientist!RESPONSABILITES & REQUIREMENTS:Up to 10 years of experience in the role required for the contracted service.Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or related fields.Good written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR (valued).Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams.Critical analysis skills and problem-solving focus.Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence tools (valued).Commitment to quality deliverables.Experience in strategic projects (valued).Language skills (written and spoken): English (required), Portuguese (valued), Spanish (valued).Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.Experience in developing machine learning projects (Python, R or SAS), deploying models to production environments and managing the model lifecycle.Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch and Tensorflow).Experience in developing analytical solutions involving AI. (PLUS)Implementation of code (R, Python) and/or proficient use of PaaS cloud services (Azure preferred) and advanced analytics libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, Caffe, PyTorch).
