We’re not just building software’s, we’re shaping the way organizations work, connect, and grow in the digital age.What You’ll Do:Design and implement relational and non-relational database structures based on business requirements.Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions for data manipulation and business logic.Optimize and refactor existing database code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.Analyze database performance and implement tuning strategies including indexing, query optimization, and resource management.Ensure data integrity, security, and availability through best practices and governance policies.Design and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading across systems.Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps, and business analysts to understand data needs and deliver optimal solutions.Mentor junior database developers and conduct code reviews.Create and maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries, ER diagrams, and system design specifications.Ensure database systems comply with company policies and industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).What We’re Looking For:5+ years of experience in database development, including experience with relational and non-relational databases.Strong expertise in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.Experience with ETL processes and data integration across multiple systems.Knowledge of database performance tuning, indexing, and resource management.Understanding of data security, compliance standards, and governance policies.Experience mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.Qualification:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.If you’re passionate about technology, hungry for innovation, and eager to be part of a team that turns bold ideas into reality, Oak Street Technologies is where your journey begins.
