So if you want to be part of a caring, supportive environment where you can realize your full potential, we’re with you.Would you like to discover how our diverse, hardworking people are leading the way in making energy cleaner and better – and how you can play your part in our world-class team?Join our Technology Team and advance your career as aSenior Delivery ManagerIn This Role You WillFacilitate SCRUM ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and Release PlanningLead Scrum-of-Scrums and cross-squad syncs to manage dependenciesRemove impediments and protect teams from delivery blockersMaintain delivery plans, roadmaps, and achievement trackingManage resource allocation (developers, testers) and capacity planningCoordinate scope control, change management, and RAID logsUse Azure DevOps for backlog management, dashboards, pipelines, and reportingMonitor flow metrics (lead time, cycle time, efficiency, velocity)Ensure compliance with CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, and release governanceAct as a bridge between Project Managers and delivery squadsManage stakeholder expectations, priorities, and communication across all levelsAlign delivery with business value, objectives and key results, and strategic roadmapsSupport testing strategy (unit, integration, functional, UAT, non-functional)Ensure adherence to information security, data protection, and compliance standardsDrive incident management, root cause analysis, and reliability practicesMaintain documentation (runbooks, operating procedures) and knowledge repositoriesCoach and mentor team members; foster a culture of continuous improvementWhat You Will Need To Be Successful3+ years in Agile delivery/project management within a DevOps environmentProven experience facilitating SCRUM ceremonies and managing distributed, multicultural teamsStrong proficiency in Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Dashboards)Familiarity with AWS and Azure environments (cloud fundamentals, deployment, security)Understanding of object-oriented development principles; ability to collaborate effectively in Java and Python contextsExperience in resource planning, delivery scheduling, and performance trackingAbility to coordinate testers and developers, ensuring quality and timely deliveryAwareness of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft 365 for reporting and collaborationExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skillsProficiency in English (Hungarian is a plus)At bp, we provide the following environment & benefits to you:Different bonus opportunities based on performance, wide range of cafeteria elementsLife & health insurance, medical care packageFlexible working schedule: home office up to 2 days / week, based on team agreementOpportunity to build up long term career path and develop your skills with wide range of learning optionsFamily friendly workplace e.g.: Extended parental leave, Mother-baby roomEmployees’ wellbeing programs e.g.: Employee Assistance Program, Company Recognition ProgramPossibility to join our social communities and networksChill-out and collaboration spaces in our beautiful Budapest Agora and Szeged offices e.g.: Play Zones, Office massage, Sport and music equipmentAssets like phone for private usage and company laptop are provided from the first day of employment with other equipment if requestedbp Hungary won the Most Attractive Employer 2024 Award (SSC / BSC sector) fourth time in a row at PwC's annual employer research.
