Delivery Manager / PMO Lead – Multi-Workstream Digital ProgrammesSATIGO is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager / PMO Lead to front a complex multi-workstream digital programme supporting one of our major public-sector clients. This role will act as the central point of delivery governance, scoping work, managing consultants across multiple technical streams, and ensuring every engagement runs smoothly, on time, and in full alignment with GDS standards and client governance.You’ll oversee several concurrent projects across areas such as Data, Cybersecurity, AI, Integrations, and Cloud Technologies, providing delivery assurance, prioritisation, and coordination between client stakeholders and specialist consultants.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day delivery oversight across multiple concurrent technology streams (GD, Cyber, AI, Integrations, Cloud, Data).Scope, plan, and track all work packages through clear deliverables and acceptance criteria.Ensure consultants are aligned and productive across different disciplines and mini-SoWs.Manage reporting cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for all active workstreams.Maintain clear communication with client stakeholders on progress, risks, and priorities.Ensure compliance with all governance standards (IR35, ISO, AUP, and security protocols).Work with internal PMO and Project Support functions to drive continuous improvement.Ideal ProfileProven experience as a Delivery Manager, Programme Manager, or PMO Lead within large-scale digital transformation programmes.Strong understanding of public sector governance and GDS delivery principles.Ability to manage cross-functional teams covering Cyber, Data, AI, and Cloud domains.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience delivering through Statement of Work (SoW) models.Comfortable operating in a high-accountability, fast-moving delivery environment.Why Join SATIGOYou’ll be joining a trusted delivery partner to the UK Government and regulators, operating within an agile and outcome-based model that values transparency, governance, and delivery excellence.
