Senior Demand Planner (Manager Level)

We're #hiring for the position of Senior Demand Planner (Manager Level).Location: Colombo 03Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday - Half day)Key Responsibilities:Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain).Develop accurate monthly and weekly demand forecasts for bathware SKUs using historical data and market insights.Incorporate promotional activities and new product launches into demand forecasts.Collaborate with Supply Planning to identify and address constraints related to capacity, lead times, and raw materials.Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely and complete order fulfillment.Reduce obsolete and slow-moving stock through effective demand analysis.Prepare and present demand planning KPIs and inventory performance reports.Recommend solutions for demand-related issues such as stock-outs and excess inventory.Key Requirements:A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.Proven 3+ years of experience in demand planning, preferably in manufacturing or consumer goods.Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across departments.Familiarity with demand planning tools and ERP systems will be an added advantage.If you possess the above skills and are interested, forward your CV to careers@headmasters.hr
