Black&White is looking for a Senior DesignerBlack&White is an agency within the Up&Up Group that works in direct, CRM, loyalty and B2B space. In this role you will form part of a senior creative team who passionately build relationships across B2B and B2C for a cluster of great brands.To thrive in this role you should be a self-starter who instinctively seeks out new opportunities, partnerships and lateral solutions. We have an intolerance for the ordinary and you should enjoy pushing yourself and be able to inspire those around you to deliver some of the most imaginative solutions possible.Skills Required: Concept Development: Collaborate with copywriters and creative teams to generate and execute bold, innovative ideas for campaigns across various platforms (ATL as well as BTL, including digital).Design Excellence: Deliver visually compelling creative that aligns with client objectives, brand guidelines, and user experience best practices.Team Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, designers and strategists, to ensure cohesive storytelling and seamless execution of creative ideas.Liaise with production departments and suppliers where necessary to ensure creative vision comes to life.Client Engagement: Present concepts and creative work to clients confidently, articulating your vision and rationale clearly.Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of emerging digital and design trends, incorporating fresh, cutting-edge ideas into your work.Mentorship: Guide junior creatives, providing constructive feedback and nurturing talent within the team.What you need to be great in this role:Tertiary qualification in Art Direction / Graphic DesignStrong portfolio that demonstrates a range of conceptual work from ATL to direct and digital.Excellent conceptual and design skillsProficient in MS Office (i.e. Word / PowerPoint etc.)Knowledge of and experience in Adobe Creative Suite applicationsStrong communication & presentation skillsStrong multi-tasking skills (ability to work on more than one brief at any given time)Team player with the ability to work independentlyAbility to work well in a highly pressurized, fast-paced environmentCurious, imaginative creative mind with a passion for everything advertising relatedMeticulous with attention to detailProactive - a “can do” attitude and willing to go the extra mileAccountableSolution and deadline driveExperience in B2B, financial services and telco brands is preferable.While we look at every CV and online portfolio submitted to us in detail, given the sheer volume of applications we’re not able to respond to every applicant personally.
