Unispace is looking for a Senior Designer to join our dynamic studio. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind project success, quality control, and team development.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Lead Projects: Manage self and smaller projects to ensure they are delivered profitably, on time, and on budget, supporting larger projects where required.Maintain Relationships: Nurture strong relationships with clients and ensure clear, effective communication throughout the design lifecycle.Mentor & Guide: Act as a buddy for new hires, mentor junior designers, and contribute to our internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.Ensure Quality: Implement design best practices, uphold studio standards, and actively manage project risks and compliance.About you:A relevant tertiary qualification and a strong understanding of local codes and technical specifications.Proven experience across all project phases (from Schematic Design onwards) and familiarity with contract documents.Excellent time management, communication, and client orientation skills.A passion for mentoring and contributing to a collaborative team environment.This is a hybrid role based in Sydney, and you'll need to be based in the nearby area to be considered for this role.What We OfferIn return, you will receive a competitive salary and a generous benefits package, including a pension, paid holiday leave, and travel opportunities across our global offices.
