We are replacing guesswork with advanced analytics, allowing brands to achieve greater impact and reduce costs.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve the reliability, scalability, and security of Adge’s production infrastructure. This is a hands-on role for an experienced engineer who can build from scratch, excels in SaaS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, thrives in complex distributed systems, supports heavy data pipelines and AI workloads, and enables fast, safe product iteration.You will work closely with engineering, data, and AI teams to ensure the platform is production-grade, observable, and cost-efficient as we scale from startup velocity to enterprise reliability.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure for a hyper-scalable SaaS platformOwn Kubernetes-based environments supporting microservices, data pipelines, and ML workloadsDesign and maintain CI/CD pipelines enabling rapid, safe deploymentsImplement monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response best practicesDrive infrastructure-as-code, security hardening, and cost optimizationSupport MLOps workflows for model deployment, monitoring, and rollbackPartner with engineering leadership to reduce operational risk and technical debtRequirements6+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform / Infrastructure engineeringFormal education in Computer Science or a related fieldStrong hands-on experience with GCPDeep expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestrationProven experience with Terraform / Pulumi or similar IaC toolsStrong background in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.)Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry)Understanding of data-intensive and AI-driven systemsExperience supporting production SaaS systems at scaleExperience in AdTech or a high-growth startup environment is a strong advantage
