Job Opening: Senior DevOps Engineer in Lahore. Job Description:Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Infrastructure Roadmaps· Define and evolve the company-wide DevOps strategy· Align infrastructure goals with product and engineering roadmapsTeam Leadership & Governance· Lead DevOps, platform, and SRE teams across squads or regions· Mentor senior engineers and architects, ensuring skill development and succession planningCI/CD Pipeline Oversight· Design, build, and manage scalable CI/CD frameworks· Standardize release processes and ensure deployment reliabilityAutomation & Tooling Direction· Drive adoption of automation across environments· Select and implement tools, when needed, for version control, configuration management, and monitoringCloud Optimization & Security Posture· Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS· Oversee cost optimization, security compliance, and technical risk mitigationCross-Functional Collaboration· Coordinate with engineering, product, and security teams.· Represent DevOps metrics and decisions at leadership level.· Support zero-downtime migrations and incident response planning.· Communicate DevOps performance, risks, and roadmap to CTOs and executive leadership.Align DevOps KPIs with business outcomes and delivery timelines.Strategic & Leadership FitHow have you scaled DevOps practices in a fast-growing startup?Whats your approach to balancing speed of delivery with infrastructure reliability and security?Can you describe a time when you had to influence engineering or product teams to adopt DevOps best practices?Technical DepthWalk me through your preferred CI/CD pipeline setup.
