Job Summary:Drive business impact by leading strategic e-commerce media planning and execution to achieve client objectives, with a focus on delivering best-in-class digital solutions. This role involves developing data-driven performance strategies, managing high-performing teams, and fostering client relationships to maximize revenue and growth in e-commerce ecosystems Tasks & responsibility:1. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, addressing their e-commerce-specific needs and ensuring total quality control of all deliverables. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions, delivering tailored solutions that align with client business goals 2. Strategic Media PlanningDevelop multi-channel strategies (Display, Video, Paid Search, Paid Social, and marketplace platforms) to drive client growth and optimize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) Translate client objectives into actionable performance tactics, leveraging consumer insights and customer journey mapping to enhance campaign effectiveness Approve strategic plans that reflect data-driven insights and innovative communication solutions 3. Leadership of Plan Creation and Execution Lead the creation of e-commerce media plans, inspiring teams to evolve core ideas from planning to execution Oversee campaign forecasting, activation, and optimization, ensuring seamless delivery across onsite (e.g., Sponsored Products, Flash Sales) and offsite (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, KOLs) channels 4. Client Profitability Sell through strategic media plans that address client business challenges, driving profitability and long-term partnerships 5. Team Leadership and Development Manage, and develop a high-performing team, fostering adherence to agency values and performance standards. Implement career development processes, identifying training needs to enhance e-commerce expertise and technical skills. Ensure team accountability for campaign management, budget tracking, invoicing, and resolution of finance-related issues 6. Maintaining Agency Standards Ensure all work meets the agency’s highest standards, delivering innovative, award-winning campaigns that inspire and engage. Promote a culture of excellence by producing data-driven ideas that create commercial impact. 7. Integration Think like a solutions provider, integrating e-commerce strategies with broader marketing efforts and encouraging the use of other group agency services Research emerging e-commerce trends and ad tech innovations to keep the agency at the forefront of digital marketing. Experience requirement:At least 3-5 years within Performance Marketing with a strong emphasis on e-commerce media planning and operations, Specialization: Expertise in Display Video, Paid Search, Paid Social, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) Skill requirement:Deep understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, including marketplace dynamics, customer journey mapping, and conversion optimization Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee Ads, Lazada Seller Center, TikTok Shop) and ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced agency environment Strategic thinker with advanced problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in high-pressure situations Confident communicator, skilled in delivering presentations and addressing client queries with expertise Proven success in campaign planning, execution, and optimization, with a focus on maximizing ROI and GMV Diplomatic and collaborative, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment Innovative mindset, eager to integrate emerging trends and technologies into client campaigns
