About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly capable, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives on bringing ideas to life , not just planning them.This is a doer’s role, you’ll be in the tools, building, testing, launching, and optimizing. You’ll take full ownership of our website redevelopment, from structure and design to performance and ongoing improvements, and you’ll drive the digital campaigns that bring people to it.If you know what makes a website work (and what doesn’t), how to structure digital journeys that convert, and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty in WordPress, analytics dashboards, and ad platforms, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Redevelopment Lead and execute the full redevelopment of the company website, from planning and wireframing through to build, launch, and continuous improvement.Take ownership of the site’s structure, design, and functionality, ensuring it’s user-friendly, fast, mobile-optimized, and built to convert.Manage the CMS directly, you’ll implement, not just brief others.Continuously test and refine page layouts, calls-to-action, and conversion flows based on data and insight.SEO & Content OptimizationConduct technical and on-page SEO audits; implement improvements yourself.Develop keyword strategies, optimize content, and build authority through backlinks.Monitor rankings, organic performance, and competitor activity.Digital Campaigns (Google Ads & LinkedIn)Plan, set up, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns ,from ad copy to tracking setup.Build and refine landing pages that align with campaign goals.Manage budgets, track conversions, and report performance metrics with actionable insights.Brand & Digital ExperienceEnsure every touchpoint, from website to ads, reflects and strengthens the brand.Use data, UX best practices, and creative judgment to evolve how we present our brand online.Work with content creators and designers where needed, but remain hands-on in execution.Analytics & ReportingOwn analytics setup and tracking Build dashboards and use insights to inform ongoing website and campaign optimization.Skills & ExperienceMust-Have:5+ years of proven digital marketing experience with a strong hands-on portfolio of website redevelopment projects.Advanced knowledge of WordPress (or similar CMS), including structure, plugins, and basic front-end (HTML/CSS).Demonstrated success improving website performance (UX, speed, SEO, conversion rates).Strong grasp of SEO best practices and hands-on technical implementation.Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tracking from setup to optimization.Data-driven mindset and ability to interpret and act on insights.Nice-to-Have:Experience with CRO tools (e.g. Hotjar, Optimize) and A/B testing.Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or marketing automation tools.Experience with Figma/Canva or design collaboration tools.Personal AttributesYou’re hands-on, you build, tweak, and test until it works.You care deeply about what makes a website effective, structure, clarity, and conversion.You’re both creative and analytical, you can see the big picture and execute the details.You’re confident managing projects independently but comfortable collaborating cross-functionally.You take ownership and pride in delivering results, not just reports.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-related bonus.Real ownership of the company’s digital presence.Flexibility to shape and lead the website redevelopment.A collaborative environment that values initiative and innovation.
