PositionReporting directly to Assistant Marketing and Communications Manager, Southeast Asia and Australia, the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist builds and maximizes the FENDI brand presence in the digital field to drive traffic to the Fendi online business and retail network.This position calls for a digital marketing advocate who can develop strong and sound digital communications strategies vs competitors. As a key contributor to the success of the fast-growing Fendi business, the ideal candidate is someone digital savvy who can articulate and execute a strategy for paid marketing efforts which include both performance and branding campaigns, accelerating Fendi’s growth, visibility and innovation within digital channels.Job ResponsibilitiesMain ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The FollowingDIGITAL MARKETINGWork closely with agencies to develop seasonal campaign briefs with the aim of optimizing ad campaigns and maximizing ROIs across multiple platforms including Google and MetaPlan and maintain digital marketing calendar aligning with the marketing and communication calendarWork closely with agencies to develop seasonal campaign briefs with the aim of optimizing ad campaigns and maximizing ROIs across multiple platforms including Google and MetaMonitor and analyze campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for future campaign planning and KPIs settingProactively monitor competitors’ campaignsPlan and execute digital content on owned social media platformPrepare regular and ad-hoc social media reportsManage the performance campaigns to drive and support the eCommerce businessDIGITAL INNOVATION AND CONTENT MANAGEMENTKeep up with industry trends and on-going innovation to explore opportunities on digital and social media platforms.Develop digital action plans to capture consumers; tourists, and locals residing within SEA and AU markets.ProfileJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree3 years of related experience in digital marketing or e-commerce in retail industryPrevious experience in luxury brands handling the diverse SEA & AU markets and e-commerce capability a plusStrong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTokProven track record in driving performance campaigns for e-commerceGood team player with a positive outlookStrong communication, interpersonal and project completion dedicationSelf-motivated, results-oriented, performance driven and able to work under pressure with tight deadlinesAble to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams
