Senior Director Business Development

Responsibilities：Work with the global Business Development team to identify target, technology, platform, and asset opportunities from companies in China for in-bound and out-bound programsWork closely with global R&D teams and play an important role in building Legend’s pipelineEngage in activities including attending key partnering and therapy area conferences to monitor new scientific developments, build network and develop contacts.Participate in internal due diligence activitiesAssist BD transactions lead during business negotiationsSupport Global Head of BD in presenting licensing and collaboration opportunities to senior managementRequirements PhD in biological sciences, e.g., cell biology and/or immunology5-8 years’ experience in business development in the pharma/biotech industry a plusStrong knowledge & industrial experience in the drug discovery and developmentExpertise in cell therapy, including product design, development and CMC manufactureExcellent verbal and writing communication skills in EnglishExperience in working with cross-functional teamsPrior experience in BD transactions a plus.Team player
