About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Business Leader to head a major business division for a leading organization operating across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.The role reports to the CEO and will be accountable for driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and positioning the company as a market leader within its key service areas. This is a senior strategic position suited for a leader with strong experience in expanding market presence, developing high-value client portfolios, and securing major commercial opportunities across both public and private sectors.Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic growth of the business unit, setting commercial priorities, revenue targets, and market expansion plans.Drive business development efforts to secure large-scale mandates across the organization’s core service offerings.Build and strengthen senior-level relationships with government entities, investment bodies, corporates, developers, and key decision-makers.Oversee the full commercial cycle including opportunity mapping, pipeline development, bid strategy, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and award.Support vertical leaders to expand their practices, elevate market positioning, and deliver differentiated client solutions.Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities aligned with Vision 2030 and broader GCC development initiatives.Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling value propositions, tailored client offerings, and high-impact proposals.Represent the organization at executive-level industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.Ensure commercial performance, profitability, and sustained long-term growth of the business unit.Requirements Senior leadership experience in a commercially focused role within large-scale development, capital project environments, or asset-driven sectors.Strong understanding of complex project ecosystems, stakeholder structures, and delivery frameworks commonly associated with major development programs.Proven track record in securing high-value mandates, partnerships, or strategic engagements in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.Well-developed network across government bodies, developers, investment entities, private-sector leaders, and key market influencers
