We aim to be the top healthcare provider in the region.Role: Senior Duty ManagerLocation: Alexandria, EgyptType: Full-Time, On-SiteWe need a Senior Duty Manager to lead hospital operations, ensure top patient care, and guide teams in a dynamic healthcare setting.Key Responsibilities:-Manage daily operations for smooth departmental workflows.-Lead teams to maintain high performance and collaboration.-Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.-Resolve patient and staff issues for excellent satisfaction.-Optimize scheduling, resources, and quality initiatives.Qualifications:-4+ years in healthcare management; 2+ years in senior roles.-Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of healthcare regulations and administration.-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.-Bachelor’s in Healthcare Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
