Job TitleSenior EHSJob Description SummaryWe are seeking a Senior EHS to lead environmental, health, and safety oversight across ongoing projects under Cushman & Wakefield. This position acts as a key interface between local project teams and the regional EHS function — ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and best-in-class safety standards across all sites.This role is ideal for a proactive EHS professional with strong reporting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills who enjoys both office-based coordination and occasional site visits.Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Oversee EHS implementation across multiple ongoing construction and fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with local and regional safety standards.Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments, providing observations and recommendations to project teams and contractors.Collaborate with Project Managers and contractors to ensure Job Safety Analysis (JSA), method statements, and permits meet compliance requirements.Prepare and maintain EHS performance reports, incident summaries, and due diligence assessments for internal and client submission.Provide input on design risk reviews, contractor selection, and site safety planning to ensure proactive hazard control and value-added project support.About YouBachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related technical discipline.Minimum 3–5 years of EHS/HSE experience, preferably within design & build or construction project environments.Certified in K3 Umum (mandatory); additional EHS certifications (NEBOSH, ISO 45001, etc.) are an advantage.Strong English communication skills — able to prepare professional reports and liaise with regional teams.Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to influence stakeholders and promote a safety-first culture.Willing to travel and do site visits as required.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?As one of the leading global real estate services firms transforming the way people work, shop and live working at Cushman & Wakefield means you will benefit from;Being part of a growing global company;Career development and a promote from within culture;An organisation committed to Diversity and InclusionWe're committed to providing work-life balance for our people in an inclusive, rewarding environment.We achieve this by providing a flexible and agile work environment by focusing on technology and autonomy to help our people achieve their career ambitions.
