You’ll oversee inspection protocols, enforce IPC standards, manage defect analysis, and ensure customer satisfaction through zero-defect delivery. This role demands technical rigor, process discipline, and team empowerment.Key ResponsibilitiesFinal Inspection & Dispatch ReadinessOversee visual, dimensional, and electrical testing of PCBsApprove QA certificates and dispatch clearanceEnsure compliance with IPC-A-600, IPC-6012, and customer specsProcess Control & DocumentationOwn SOPs for final inspection, packaging, and QA reportingMaintain traceable inspection logs and CAPA recordsDrive continuous improvement in FQC workflowsTeam Leadership & TrainingSupervise FQC inspectors and shift leadsConduct skill matrix reviews and SOP refreshersPromote a culture of ownership and accountabilityCross-Functional CollaborationLiaise with production, QA, and customer service for feedback closureSupport internal audits and customer visitsBenchmark inspection tools and methodsRequired Skills & Experience8+ years in PCB manufacturing QA/FQCStrong command of IPC standards and test methodsExperience with AOI, flying probe, X-ray, and manual inspectionProficiency in ERP systems and QA documentationPreferred TraitsSystems thinker with attention to detailProactive in process improvement and team developmentClear communicator with a bias for actionComfortable switching between technical and people leadershipTools & StandardsIPC-A-600, IPC-6012, ISO 9001UL94, RoHS,ERP, Excel, QC dashboards
