Fehily Timoney and Company (FT) is one of Ireland’s largest indigenous consultancies specialising in Sustainable Infrastructure, Circular Economy, Environment, Energy and Renewables.FT is a recognised leader in Circular Economy consultancy, with specialist expertise in waste and resource management, including waste prevention, minimisation, recycling, energy recovery and residual disposal. We deliver consultancy services to both public and private sector clients across solid waste, bio-waste, and sludge management sectors in Ireland.FT is recruiting a Senior Engineer to join the Circular Economy and Environment team in our Cork, Dublin or Carlow office. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the growth of the business while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team. This role provides exposure to a wide range of projects across the Circular Economy and Environment sectors.FT's ResponsibilitiesWhat would my main responsibilities be in this role?Ensure project delivery aligns with agreed timescales, quality standards and budgetsPlan and oversee the preparation of CAD design documentation in collaboration with Project Engineers and Engineering TechniciansAttend on-site meetings with clients and project stakeholdersMaintain adherence to internal Quality Assurance and Management SystemsEnsure all complies with applicable health and safety regulationsCoordinate effectively with other members of the project teamSkills / QualificationsAm I the right person for this role?Degree in Civil EngineeringMinimum of 8 years post-graduate professional experienceProven experience in project managementStrong proficiency in managing Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs)Highly motivated and energetic professionalExcellent communication, organisational and analytical abilitiesSkilled in liaising with external stakeholders, clients, and sub-contractorsAdaptable and collaborative team playerCapable of working independently and managing tasks efficientlyHolds a full, clean driving licenceIs FT the right fit for you?Ready to take the next step?Reach out to us at careers@ftco.ie today.
