Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.Position SummaryAs a Process Integration Conversion Coordinator in NAND Technology Development (TD), you will be a key contributor in supporting Process Integration (PI) teams with conversion management. This role involves coordinating complex system setups, managing New Part Requests (NPRs), and ensuring seamless implementation of process changes across multiple fab systems. You will work closely with PI engineers, Change Management, Traveler Control, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, PI Technicians, and cross-functional teams such as Operations, Information Systems, Planning, and Inventory.Your primary goal is to ensure timely, accurate, low-risk, and well-coordinated conversions, traveler revisions, and NPRs in accordance with established Best Known Methods (BKMs). You will also be responsible for training end-users, maintaining reporting metrics, and enforcing global standards across all conversion-related activities.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage process conversions and system setup requests for automated lot processingLead the startup and implementation of New Part Requests (NPRs), ensuring adherence to business rules and BKMsSubmit and verify changes in Micron’s process management systems, including SPC, Traveler, Queue Time, and other change control applicationsConduct conflict checks to validate accuracy and safety of conversion setupsMaintain and update existing part setups while introducing new parts per NPR guidelinesDocument lessons learned and business rules to enhance conversion management practicesGenerate and maintain weekly/monthly reports as neededTrain end-users on Micron’s conversion management systems and BKMsEnforce the use of Micron’s worldwide standards across all conversion-related responsibilitiesRequirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industryStrong understanding of fab processing workflows and part flowsProven ability to manage complex process conversions during the development phase within a semiconductor fabIn-depth knowledge of fab systems including process control, traveler and Q-time management, excursion handling, and lot tracking systemsExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as process development, process integration, yield enhancement (YE), and others to coordinate intricate process changesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening and presentation capabilitiesHigh level of commitment and a proactive attitude toward achieving goals and delivering resultsAdaptability and eagerness to learn and contribute solutions in a dynamic TD environmentStrong team player with a sense of ownership and accountability for projects from initiation to completionSharp analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-driven with effective time management, prioritization abilities, and attention to detailDemonstrated experience in developing and presenting reporting metrics to senior leadershipProficiency in automation tools such as Tableau for report generation; additional scripting or automation experience is a plusAbout Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
