For a dynamic player in the global oil & gas/petrochemical sectors with a unique service offering, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Engineering Manager for a challenging role in coordinating and managing engineering projects.This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work effectively within multi-cultural teams. Your new challenge will include:Setting up procedures for developing Project Engineering deliverables and tasks.Actively coordinate and supervise the engineering disciplines ( i.e. Process, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, CSA, Metallurgy, Piping, HSE).Preparing, schedules, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering projects.Coordinating and supervising engineering disciplines and subcontractors.Ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and specifications.Interacting with Engineering Subcontractors, Suppliers, Licensors and project participants.Participating in proposal activities and review engineering deliverables.Assigning responsibilities, mentoring the project team, and supporting schedule development. What we would like from you:A relevant University degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Process etc), and at least 15 years of experience in EPC and FEED projects of which 8+ must be overseeing large-scale projects.Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication and presentation with teams and stakeholders.Experienced in industrial plants (Chemical, Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas).Familiarity with safety requirements of industrial plants.Experience in greenfield developments is highly desirable.Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and commonly used Engineering Software such as AVEVA.Strong understanding of EPC sequences for project execution plans.Well versed in detail design activities.Proactive in providing new ideas to improve work execution.Demonstrated commercial awareness and well-developed project management experience.Familiarity with industry rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.Ability to handle global multiple discipline projects and provide supervision.Our offer to you:The company offers great scope for progression and self-development for driven and ambitious professionals.An attractive market competitive salary and benefits package will be offered and if you are transferring from overseas, you can expect full relocation assistance and support.You will find that the Netherlands is a unique and cosmopolitan society which must be experienced at least once in your life.
