DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Equipment Engineer to join our team in Taiwan. This role will provide technical leadership for automated test equipment (ATE) operations at our OSAT partners, driving excellence in test cell qualification and problem resolution.Key job responsibilities Lead and execute new test cell qualification and bring-up activities at OSAT partners Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex issues at OSAT facilities Drive resolution of sophisticated setup challenges involving thermal, electrical, and mechanical systems Conduct comprehensive technical audits at OSAT partners to ensure compliance with quality standards Develop and deliver technical training programs for new team members and OSAT partners Review and approve test cell configurations for production release Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize test cell performance and reliability Lead continuous improvement initiatives for test cell efficiency and yieldAbout The TeamDiverse ExperiencesAWS values diverse experiences.
