We provide an inclusive work environment and support wellbeing and work-life balance.MissionThe mission of our business is to manage institutional mandates or funds in equities in direct lines across Europe and the USA, taking into account our clients' objectives, whether they are financial or ESG-related.Our goal is to offer tailored investment solutions that meet our clients' needs by implementing a robust investment process that maximizes long-term value within our clients' investment universe.The team leverages the diverse expertise at Candriam, including quantitative, fundamental, and ESG teams.ResponsabilitiesCandriam is looking to recruit a Senior Equity Fund Manager.He/She will manage different large caps ESG Equity funds/mandates and contribute actively to the construction of the global equity process.He/she will be in charge of the analysis of some sectors as well as market themes that can drive the Top Down decisions.His/Her main tasks are as follows: Fund Management: participate to asset allocation decisions, contribute to bottom-up views about Global Equity markets, challenge of the fundamental stock picking within the team. Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with client objectives, risk tolerance, and market conditions. Monitor the portfolio performance. Interact with clients, directly or through the Client Portfolio Manager, to understand their investment goals, and provide investment advice and guidance. Communicate investment strategy updates, market outlooks. Participate in industry conferences. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies. Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices.Profile Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment theories, and equity strategies Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends. Proficiency in financial analysis tools, investment management software. Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in portfolio management. Proven track record of successful investment performance. Solid understanding of risk management principles and techniques.
