We're Hiring: Senior Estimation Engineer – Interior Design & Fit-Out StudioLocation: DubaiFull-time | On-siteOur growing interior design & fit-out studio is looking for a talented Senior Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will work closely with our design and project teams to prepare accurate, competitive, and detailed cost estimates for high-end commercial and residential interiors.Key Responsibilities:Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare BOQs and cost estimatesPrepare quantities take off for full projectCoordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for material and service quotationsTrack and manage project budgets and cost variationsSupport the tendering and bidding process with precise documentationEnsure all estimates comply with project scope, timelines, and financial targetsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in estimation within the fit-out or interior design sectorStrong knowledge of materials, finishes, and MEP systems in interiorsProficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation softwareDetail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skillsInterested?Please send your CV to HR@elevends.com or apply directly here on LinkedIn.
