Lead Mechanical EstimatorFull-Time, OnsiteLocation: Plaza ONE, Next to PSO Pump, Main GT Road, Near DHA Phase 2 Gate 1, IslamabadWorking Hours: 2 PM – 11 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Lead Mechanical Estimator to manage the full bidding and pre-construction process for mechanical projects. This individual will lead estimating efforts from concept to closeout—performing take-offs, analyzing costs, and developing competitive proposals.This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the mechanical construction process, and enjoys the challenge of winning work through precision and strategy.What you'll do: Lead the estimating process for HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects from start to finish.Perform and review detailed quantity take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment.Analyze subcontractor and vendor proposals for accuracy and scope alignment.Develop comprehensive cost estimates and bid proposals in coordination with project teams.Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.Prepare budgets, cash flow projections, and assist with preconstruction planning.What you bring: Several years of experience in mechanical construction estimating (HVAC, plumbing, or process piping).Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.Proficiency with estimating software such as Accubid, PlanSwift, Trimble, BlueBeam, ProCore.Experience collaborating with general contractors, engineers, and project managers.Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.Leadership mindset and desire to mentor others.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
