This position encompasses a variety of key responsibilities that contribute to our overall success.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies that encompass branding, content, partnerships, product promotion, event marketing, athlete marketing, and fan engagement initiativesCollaborate with sales and business development teams to integrate and execute commercial partnerships effectivelySupport ticket sales and pay-per-view (PPV) sales initiativesManage marketing dashboards to track and improve the return on investment (ROI) across various channels, campaigns, customer relationship management (CRM), key opinion leaders (KOLs), and company initiatives.Analyse and interpret campaign data to derive actionable insights for cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, marketing, content creation, and social mediaIdentify opportunities by analysing market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive dynamicsRequirements:6+ years in brand, product, or event marketing experience, with a proven track record of bringing multichannel campaigns to marketExperience leading local and regional teams with remote employeesOutstanding communication skills and a keen eye for visual designMeticulous organization skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesStrong analytical capabilities with an emphasis on data-driven decision-makingProficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, and ad delivery platforms including Google Ads and Meta AdsStrong proficiency in English is essential
