About this role. . .The Senior Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to senior executives, ensuring smooth operations and enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate the daily schedules, appointments, and meetings of senior executives, ensuring efficient time management.Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication flow with discretion and confidentiality.Oversee and organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and any necessary visas or documentation.Attend meetings and take detailed minutes, tracking action items and following up as required.Support project management efforts by coordinating, tracking, and reporting on project statuses and deliverables.Conduct research and prepare documents for executive meetings and strategic planning sessions.Facilitate communication and collaboration between executives and various departments within the organization.Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, managing vendors, and maintaining equipment.Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences. About You. . .Qualifications and Skills:Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and exercise sound judgment.Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
