Currently STL is looking for dynamic, hardworking, intelligent and self-driven candidates for this position.Core Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for packaging materials from local and international marketsMonitor and follow up on the development of Packaging Materials, from initial concept to final productionCollaborate closely with internal teams and external suppliers to analyze and determine the most cost-effective, sustainable, and high-performance packaging solutionsEnsure the timely delivery of packaging materials to support uninterrupted production schedulesMaintain documentation in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulationsOversee Raw Material (RM) activities and support contract preparation along with documentationEducational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Master of Business Administration (MBA)Additional Requirements3 to 5 years of experience in coordination of Packaging Martial (PM) development, knowledge on flexible packaging, Plastic Container and understanding of LC & Vendor evaluation will get preferenceProficiency in MS Office is mandatoryJob LocationNarayanganj
