Lead the change.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Master of Business Administration (MBA)Skills Required: Leadership, Dealer Management, Team management, Handling Distributors or Dealers, Dealer Sales and MarketingExperience Requirements2 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (FMCG),Food (Packaged)/Beverage,Food (Packaged),Beverage,Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)Additional RequirementsCandidate should have minimum 2 years experience as a TSM/TSO/ZSI in any reputed food & beverage manufacturing company.Capable of driving numeric and weighted distribution growth through effective route coverage.Experienced in sales forecasting, and ROI analysis for Zonal operations.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with distributors and trade partners.Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced FMCG environment.Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Pivot Tables, and digital reporting platforms (Sales Automation, HRIS, Sales Tracker)Willing to travel extensively across assigned territories.Must have a valid driving license and readiness for frequent field visits.Job LocationAnywhere in BangladeshSalaryTk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
