As a Senior Human Resource Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and contributing to various HR functions. Your responsibilities involve ensuring the effective execution of HR policies, services and initiatives in alignment within the Company. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Company’s overall HR processes to be in line with business objectives.Job Descriptions Partner with business leaders to understand operational goals and workforce needs, translating them into effective HR initiatives. Provide strategic and tactical HR support in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and retentionDrive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when needed.Identify training and development needs and support the implementation of learning programs.Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, engagement scores) and provide insights for continuous improvement.Support organizational changes, restructuring, and change management initiatives. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver integrated HR solutions. Act as a champion of company culture and values in all interactions and initiatives. Prepare and administer payroll for employees every month. Plans and coordinates activities to ensure timely completion and accurate tabulation of necessary data for increments, bonuses & promotions. Prepare HR letters and documentation such as letters of employment, memorandum, confirmation, promotion and others. Ensure accurate and organized maintenance of all employees and HR records. Develop, maintain and implement HR policies, governance frameworks, procedures, practices and standards to ensure quality, effective risk management and regulatory compliance. Liaise with statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO and LHDN. Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures (employee’s counselling, preparing disciplinary letters such as show cause, warning, suspension and termination).Responsible for providing support in administrative tasks, whilst providing guidance and supervision to administrative staff.Serves as a link between Management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems. Responsible for Employment Pass and Deployment Pass application for expatriatesAssume responsibility for any other relevant tasks that are being assigned from time to time.
