Job Description

We’re looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:Partner with Account Managers and technical leads to define role requirements, including technical skills, experience levels, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with departmental and company objectives. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active technical candidates, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, technical communities, and industry events. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from drafting compelling job descriptions and posting to job boards, to screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating technical assessments, and facilitating offer negotiations. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical talent, proactively engaging with candidates to nurture long-term relationships and ensure a talent pool for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the candidate experience, providing timely feedback, clear communication, and support throughout the recruitment process to maintain a positive employer brand. Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and report on progress to stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies. Contribute to employer branding initiatives within technical communities, such as participating in tech meetups, hosting webinars, or sharing content that highlights our company’s technical culture and projects.Requirements:3+ years of proven experience in technical talent acquisition, with a track record of hiring software engineers, data scientists, or other technical roles in a fast-paced environment (tech startup or SaaS company experience preferred). Deep understanding of technical skills, tools, and frameworks (e.g., programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript; cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP; DevOps tools like Docker or Kubernetes). Proficiency in using recruitment tools to manage pipelines and source candidates. Strong interview skills, with the ability to assess technical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit through behavioral and technical screening. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
