Senior Executive, Land Leasing

Join MRT Corp’s Property TeamMRT Corp is seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Executive, Land Leasing to be part of our Property Division team.In this role, you will lead the identification, development, and execution of business opportunities aligned with land leasing and property management to generate and optimize revenue and asset use.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review and update tenancy documentation, land leasing proposals and property management related agreements.Monitor lease terms, renewals, and compliance with contractual obligations and payments.Review development proposals to ensure alignment with company requirements and regulatory standards.Collaborate with internal departments to gather technical, commercial and operational inputs for land leasing and property management projects.Coordinate with tenants, consultants, contractors, developers and authorities to facilitate land leasing and property management project processes.Conduct market data gathering, property benchmarking and basic feasibility assessments for potential land leasing and property management opportunities.Prepare presentations, reports, and submissions for management consideration.Ensure land leasing and property management activities comply with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.Support the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) by complying with controls and refraining from corrupt practices.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (minimum CGPA of 3.00).5-8 years’ experience in property development/management, real estate or land leasing, preferably involving large-scale or mixed-use development.Knowledge of property leasing practices and relevant regulatory frameworks.Strong negotiation, coordination, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design software is an advantage.Be part of a team turning land into long-term value for Malaysia’s urban future.
